On May 15, 2020, the re-examination for graduate enrollment of the School of Mechanical Engineering was conducted in the Innovation Harbour of Western China. A total of 395 candidates from 28 provinces across the country participated in the re-examination. A total of 122 experts participated in the re-examination, including 17 enterprise experts. This re-examination adopted the “three random” system developed by the university, and took the form of “online + offline”.
Under the epidemic, in order to do a good job in the re-examination for graduate enrollment, the school has held many enrollment meetings, including the leadership group work meeting, the team leader of interview experts training meeting, secretary training meeting, and staff training meeting.
On May 15th, the school conducted qualification confirmation and re-examination room arrangement for candidates. In order to prevent students from gathering under the epidemic, the staff organized students to come to confirm in different time periods, and took free professional nucleic acid testing for candidates from middle and high risk areas .
At 7:00am, on May 16th, ZHOU Guanghui,Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering, chaired the meeting of the re-examination work scheduling for the graduates in 2020, announced the random group of the experts, and once again stressed the requirements of the re-examination work to the experts. At the same time, the staff announced the order of the candidates. At the end of the meeting, the staff led experts of all groups into the examination room in an orderly manner. Each examination room is equipped with two staff, and the secretary of the examination room, respectively responsible for maintaining the order of the candidates, the operation of the test question system, and the record of the process.
With the concerted efforts of all the staff and the interview experts, the work of all re-examination rooms was going well, and the re-examination of the graduate students was successfully completed.
